If you had visited 137 King Street fifty years ago, you would have been at an actual auto show room and service garage complete with a second story car lift! Today the only oil changing done is when an artist replaces a painting they've sold.
Contemporary artist and gallery owner, Jan Miller, moved to St Augustine from Chicago and opened this spacious gallery in 1999. The gallery's focus is on affordable original art and showcases at least 13 local artists with exhibits through out the year. Butterfield Garage Art Gallery is an artists cooperative, so you are often able to meet and talk with the artists as you browse. Don't miss the chance to see this award winning gallery.
Open 11am to 5pm daily, with changing exhibits and artist showings monthly.
